What is a partial denture?

Implant partial dentures

  • Locator attachment partial dentures:

    • Utilize a system of attachments composed of nylon or similar materials for retention and stability.

    • Designed to improve the fit and comfort of removable partial dentures.

    • Consist of two components: the attachment placed on the partial denture and the corresponding counterpart attached to the natural teeth or dental implants.

    • Offer enhanced retention and stability compared to traditional metal clasps.

    • Provide a more aesthetic appearance as the attachments are often less noticeable than metal clasps.

    • Allow for easy removal and insertion of the partial denture for cleaning and maintenance.
